Frequently asked questions

My domain is blacklisted — what should I do?

Find and stop the cause first (a hacked form, compromised mailbox, or bad mailing list), then request delisting on each blocklist’s website. Most lists remove you within 24–48 hours once the problem is fixed.

Why does SPF/DMARC matter?

Gmail and Yahoo now require SPF and DMARC for bulk senders. Without them your mail is more likely to go to spam and anyone can impersonate your domain.

What does “could not check” mean?

Some blocklists refuse queries from public DNS resolvers. The full reputation check covers 30+ lists directly.
