How does this checker work?
We look up the DNS records, then request the page from our servers (not your computer), timing each step and following redirects. If our server reaches it, the site is up for everyone and the problem is likely your connection, DNS cache or firewall.
What do the status codes mean?
2xx = working, 3xx = redirect, 4xx = page problem (e.g. 404 not found, 403 blocked), 5xx = server error. A timeout or connection error means the server did not answer at all.
